CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Dr. Alicia D.D. Spoor’s (she/her) professional career has been firmly focused on assisting people of all ages. She began working at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona in 2005 while earning her doctorate of audiology degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Spoor accepted a full-time position as an audiology doctor with the Mayo Clinic’s cochlear implant and hearing aid teams. She later moved to Maryland and worked as an audiologist in two local practices, providing a range of services to patients, including tinnitus diagnosis and management, hearing aid programming and fitting, and custom earmold fittings.
Dr. Spoor has subjective tinnitus, which leads her to treat patients the way she would want to be treated. Designer Audiology was born out of Dr. Spoor’s passion for delivering person-focused audiological care to her patients.

Jasmine Chaudhry (she/her) is a Maryland native and dedicated healthcare professional with more than 15 years of experience as a medical assistant.
Ms. Chaudhry entered the medical field driven by a commitment to helping people and ensuring that every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for. Over the course of her career, she has built valuable expertise in both pediatrics and primary care, forming strong relationships with patients and families through attentive, compassionate care.
Today, Ms. Chaudhry serves as an audiologist assistant alongside Dr. Spoor, where she continues her dedication to enhancing the patient experience and supporting high-quality care. Her empathy, professionalism, and years of hands-on experience make her a trusted and valued member of the healthcare team.
LaTashia Hale
Patient Care Coordinator
LaTashia Hale (she/her) is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than 15 years of experience across the healthcare and mental health fields. Originally from Connecticut and now based in Columbia, she has earned a strong reputation for compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
Ms. Hale currently serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at Designer Audiology in Highland, where she is committed to helping patients access exceptional hearing healthcare services and support. Her background in mental health has given her a deep appreciation for empathy, communication, and advocacy, enabling her to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
She is a certified Mandated Reporter and holds certifications in DLA-20 and HIPAA compliance, reflecting her ongoing commitment to ethical standards, patient privacy, and quality care. Known for her strong work ethic, leadership, and caring nature, Ms. Hale is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, both personally and professionally.
